• Send your item back to us. Once received, we will process a refund for the returned item.
• Re-order the item you want. This ensures a quicker delivery and guarantees the size/item you need (if in stock).

• Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
• Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund minus postage (unless the issue is our fault) to your original payment method.

• Estimated delivery: 4-5 working days
• Orders are typically processed the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.

 

Europe

• Tracked International Shipping – £9.95
• Estimated delivery: 3-9 working days
• Dispatched via Whistl, with tracking details in your dispatch email.
• Once in your country, your order will be handed to a local courier for final delivery.

 

USA

• Tracked International Shipping – Free
• Estimated delivery: 4-9 working days
• Dispatched via Whistl, then handed to UPS for final delivery.
• No import fees will be charged.

 

Rest of the World

• Tracked International Shipping – £10.95
• Estimated delivery: 7-20 working days
• Dispatched via Landmark Global, then handed to your local courier.
